How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 business days for handling, then 5–8 business days in transit in the United States or 8–10 in Canada. Total estimated delivery is 6–10 business days for the US and 9–12 for Canada.
How is a freight shipment unloaded?
Free curbside freight delivery — liftgate included. For shipments sent by freight in the US and Canada, the carrier will call you 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm a delivery window. The driver lowers your shipment to ground level at the curb using a liftgate. You’re responsible for moving it from the delivery point, unpacking and assembly.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 90 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be not used or assembled and complete. No restocking fee. Free return shipping, including freight, for eligible returns from the US and Canada.
What about sheds and playsets?
The same 90-day window applies to not used or assembled large items. Freight returns need arranged collection and suitable protective packaging. We arrange freight collection at no charge.
